Steve leads Industrial Metalwork's strategic direction, innovation, and provides the overall vision for the organization. Steve has been involved in all aspects of the oil and gas industry for over 15 years, particularly regarding pipeline installation and facility construction.

Tanner leads Industrial Metalwork's corporate management team and is responsible for company activities. With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Tanner has been involved in all aspects of facility operations, construction, fabrication, maintenance, and turnarounds.
